Skiing At Its Best In The Sierra Nevada.
There is far more to Spain than just sun, sea and sangria as a visit to the Sierra Nevada will quickly reveal.
Located in the province of Granada, in the south of Spain, the Sierra Nevada is the country's most southern ski resort. And to its credit, it is also the most popular and respected, offering a whopping 48 pistes covering an area some 70 kilometers across. It is the only ski resort which offers something for everyone, with the option to ski during the morning then enjoy a quick round of golf or soak up the sun on a Mediterranean beach during the afternoon. The resort is easy to get to. You can travel by air, nestled just 32 kilometers to the south east of the airport of Granada, and the main international terminal at Malaga, with charter flights linking to all major European capitals.
